I bought this for my 2 month old daughter because she had too much milk on her tongue. The tongue scraper does not scrape milk. I was a little concerned thinking it might be thrush. But her pediatrician used a tongue twister and was able to remove it. So I just use clean fingers (nails) and scrape them off myself. I think the tongue scraper is too soft for the job. And the finger brush was too big to fit my baby's month. It did come with a case, which I found useful. It's just a shame that both products didn't work for me.
