Nothing to assemble, and setup instructions are pretty straightforward.Two sirens going off at the same time can get the attention of anyone a few hundred feet away; they are pretty loud. One control device can be used for both alarms although I find that controlling both can be tricky.Update: After six months, batteries signaled low power. After battery change on one of them, alarm goes off unstoppable. Makes me wonder, is there a problem that is endemic to the alarm unit or is it possible that it had been tampered with remotely?
