My 3 cats love it. Inside the package is a measuring spoon with two heads (1 large measuring spoon and another with 1 teaspoon). It's a powder, but when it finds moisture it gets a little sticky. I put this in her water bowl as well, which didn't bother her either, but I would have preferred to know that they all get taurine separately and how much. I wish there was more information about the product on the bag e.g. B. how much to give in relation to the size of the cat etc. The instructions literally say "1/2 teaspoon as needed". How do I know how much I need and when I need it? It doesn't tell me to feed it daily, weekly, monthly, once or twice a day at one meal. No idea. Fortunately, Dr. Google always to the rescue. From what I've read about taurine in many articles, cats do not overdose on taurine. I think it's like vitamin C in humans - we only release it when our body has absorbed enough vitamin C. With that in mind, I still keep a close eye on the supplements I give to my beloved cats. They eat a raw meat diet so I leave out the taurine powder if they have chicken hearts.
