I'm an OEM guy but couldn't find a reason to pay $300+ for Honda fog lights. These were worth it. The bumper does not need to be removed. Simply access the area through the wheel arch and carefully pry the side bumper piece from the side panel with a flat head. Then it's just three wires. Power and ground which can be connected through the battery and then the last woman to the ignition so the headlights turn off if you forget to leave them on. They're bright and make the grooming look like it's worth $5,000 more. Gives a very stylish look and does an excellent job of filling in the empty slots on the LX pilot model. NOTE* You CAN use the standard black plastic caps so you don't have to buy one. The hardest part of the install was getting the wiring harness through the firewall. There is a large rubber boot over the black round steering gear. Carefully cut a slit and thread the wire through. Then just file the button lightly so that it fits perfectly in the standard empty slot. Much luck!
