Okay first it’s not powder blue. It’s a robins egg blue. Pretty but not as shown. See pic of hat next to romper. Second, the way this is designed with no zipper you can get it on up to waist but you cannot get your arms in! There is no way to pull it up and get even one full arm let alone two! The bust cross attached to waist prohibits and stretch. It’s a great paper design but without a back zipper you’re out of luck. Now if you are a Small and you buy a Large, maybe. With that said and being a seamstress, I’m putting in a zipper and will update my review after. I’ve zero time to wait for a refund and order something else & wait on shipping. Hope I can save it.
