Cotton shavings are a real problem
There are perforations on the edges of the cotton that cause a lot of shedding and make the product difficult to enjoy. I take off my eye makeup and I notice these things. I use them, but I won't buy them again and I won't recommend them. Who needs cotton swabs on their face and dressing table? Not me.
