Wow. I mean. Wow. I have a great sound system in my car and I prefer listening to quality music, so I use an extra cable. It's common for me to change it once or twice a year, and I just grab what's at the nearest store. Last time I noticed a ridiculously big difference in both volume and quality. I had to turn the volume up to 24 instead of my usual 16 and the bass wasn't there where it should be. I did a lot of research, ordered 3 cables (this one, capacity and monster), and this one blows all the rest. I liked the 90 degree bend that one of the other cables has, so I ordered a 90 degree adapter ( look for the one (which is a gold square with a silver plug) that should be here soon. I will need it because as other reviewers have said, this cable is essential! It measures 1/4" at the ends and doesn't bend that easily. I had to take a dremel and cut a deep U-shaped hole in my phone case to fit it, but it only took a few minutes and it did Efforts to keep my phone and music quality protected as it should be, I hope this lasts longer than a year.
