Excellent cable but cannot be used with a cased phone. Its head is so big that you need a flat and clear hole for the jack to fit flush. I have to take my phone out of the case every time I use it.

This is a fantastic cable. If you are looking for high quality, you have come to the right place. However, my point is that if you're just looking for a standard-sized 3.5mm cable, don't go for this one. This cable is THICK! The cable is literally 1/4 inch in diameter, so I don't recommend it just for phone use. Great cable, thanks!

Was looking for a quality replacement cable for some headphones. Photos of the cable wrapped around itself led me to believe it was a soft, highly flexible cable. That's absolutely not true. This cable is very robust. If the cable is bent, it stays bent. I'm sure this cable works for devices that don't need to be moved, but it's totally unsuitable for use with headphones, a tablet, a phone, or an MP3 player.

This cable is insanely thick and durable. The outside diameter of the cable itself is just over 1/4 inch. It's huge and almost impossible to rotate. It reminds me of very good quality RCA cables, and in case you didn't know it was a 3.5mm audio jack (1/8" male on each end), you might think it is They are RCA or almost 1/4" phono plugs.
