Review on White Bose SoundLink II Wireless Headphones - Around-Ear by Sonny Nevers

UPDATE: Just sent a 3rd pair back, still with the same problem. Revane says they're removing her from the deal until they get a response from Bose. So far they are still available for purchase. I just sent the second bad one back. I'll try the third one, but that's my limit. Both have the same problem: the microphone does not work when making calls. that is the main reason i bought it. This new version was intended to replace an older version (4 years old) of the same headset which started cutting out the microphone input after about 20 minutes during a phone call about 6 months ago. Also, the rubber trim ring has moved away from the earcups on either side. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Bose Philippine tech support but they couldn't get the mic to work either. WTF, Bose? They are used to making quality products.
