The watch makes a great running watch if you take your time and read the instructions, programming the watch becomes very easy and the watch has many functions. I run 4-5 times a week and always use a watch. I use all the functions of the watch and have had no problems so far. I understood that the negative reviews on Amazon about the watch are because these people didn't know how to program the watch, but I didn't find any issues with programming the watch as I read the instructions carefully. I downloaded the manual from the Casio website on the internet because I found the manual that came with the watch was too small to read and the chapters/sections were difficult to find. After you have entered the basic data described in the guide, you can track the kilometers you have covered and the distances you have covered. Each time you press Start/Stop during a run, the distance covered is automatically recorded in the logbook. Overall the watch is great and I would buy this watch in the future if needed.
