First, the monitor deserves 5 stars, but HP forgot to provide a simple two-page guide for the setup menu navigation sequences. Worse, only the power button was marked. Big mistake. What could have been a simple 90-second routine turned into a 15-minute headache. They had three brochures in all Effinian languages about product warranty limitations and technical support in such small print that "fine print" could be redefined even with reading glasses. So 5 stars for the monitor, but middle fingers for the lack of courtesy towards customers.
