I've always had very sensitive facial skin; add a few years of contact dermatitis on the skin of the eyelids and around the lower lash line. Glycerin (unscented) is the only cleanser that doesn't irritate the inflamed areas of the face and doesn't suck up all the moisture. No odor that I can detect, the strips are very smooth and crisp. I wish I hadn't left my salicylic acid cleanser alone for long and all the way back and forth. To all my hypersensitive friends, please try them before you get too excited. Just last week I also bought rose water and vitamin E oil, the first for eyelid relief, the second as part of an eyelash lengthening serum. However, in combination or separately, these two components are an excellent natural remedy for skin and hair. Rose water is the ONLY thing I've had in all my years with an eye allergy that has given instant relief without stinging (I've read that chamomile and licorice creams are great for dermatitis but couldn't find any). which do not contain parabens/phosphates). I cannot stress enough: I am very grateful to have learned about its effects. So here it is if you (hopefully) want a positive face mode. On an extended basis, I recommend: Clearly Natural Glycerin Bar (wash) Costa's Rose Water (tonic) Trader Joe's Vitamin E Oil (directly to face at night) Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera Gel (clear (great foundation before makeup and over it) Spots appear))
