Review on 🍼 Lilac Buttons Cloth Diaper Cover - Adjustable One Size for Easy Baby Care by Susan Zhao

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Two things I didn't like about the cloth: 1) leaks

I've been wearing cloth diapers for about seven years now and have always used pocket diapers. The idea of a cloth diaper was a difficult choice because I disliked two things about my two previous cloth children: 1) Leaks: I assumed leaking diapers were just part of the sacrifice and I just had to suck on them. and wash some extra. but my sons had more frequent diaper leaks, which made for a super unreliable system. 2) the bulk that cloth diapers add to their clothing. I decided to try the new system on our third child and move away from pocket diapers. I decided to ditch the microfleece and switch to bamboo interlinings because I've heard they are much more absorbent (AND THEY ARE!). so i love her In fact, I've bought some of these button caps and some better bottom caps (which are the more expensive version of them). I have to be honest: they are MUCH better than the best bottoms. They're a bit roomier so they fit bigger babies longer and they seem to be a lot more durable and for some reason the PUL (Waterproof Diaper Lining) bottoms feel a lot more waterproof, don't! These are way better. I only have my top two diapers left because the caribou print is so adorable! They have nicer prints, are more durable (apparently), I've been using them for a week and haven't had a single leak (with a 4-ply bamboo liner). inside and 2 liners for the night). I've never been able to put pocket diapers on my kids at night without them leaking. I'm excited about them. And even better: They don't show any bulk under their cute outfits!

Pros
  • not cheap but decent
Cons
  • everything ok
