Well for starters I had to return 7/8 because my very slim 7 year old daughter was cramped. Too tight, especially in the shoulders. I bought the next size up and everything was fine. The pink inside of the jacket reminds me of thin felt. You'll have to see how it holds up after washing. This is an unusual material and I have never seen it on jackets, even cheaper ones. According to my daughter, the jacket is very warm and she is happy with it. Overall view is ok. He seems heavy and I believe her when she says he's very warm. To be honest I wouldn't have bought it for the price if I saw it in a store. Not a fan of interior design. You may be wondering why I bought it. Timed coordination. Try to buy a winter coat for your child in March. It's very difficult to find the right size, style you want and reasonable price. So I'm stuck with online orders, and with a $50 budget and a picky daughter, here's what we got. The jacket she wore before she had had for almost 3 years and the zipper finally gave up and the lovely lot fell off so we went in search of a winter coat heading into spring.
