These are great shorts very similar to Nike Dri Fit. Dries quickly and is easy to work in. Holds up well when washed. Just putting them on will make you want to move. So if you are thinking of exercising just buy shorts, not necessarily these, they will put you in a mindset that will make you want to run/exercise a little. The fact that they don't have a crazy logo and they dry quickly made this an absolute buy for me
