I'm very active at work and when I get calls I can't hold the phone with my hand. This design is good, very comfortable on my neck. When you turn it on, that quick and easy connection stays with you all day. It will talk to you and let you know you've lost connection if you don't charge and reconnect your phone. The external speakers sound nice and loud for music and phone calls. This is a good headset, I recommend it for the price, good quality!
