I couldn't choose between size 12 and 14 so I took 14. It's too big for me so 12 would be the right size. I can, however, make some adjustments with Velcro, particularly on the legs and sleeves. My problem is that the sleeves are too short even though the rest of the costume is too big. Sleeves should be 2 inches longer for comfort and warmth. Sleeve cuffs can help - I have them on my current jacket and they offer a much better fit. UPDATE: The second season of use has just started. Everything still works fine - seams, zippers etc. Of course the sleeves are STILL SHORT! And it obviously still bothers me. Update 2019: still valid. All seams are perfect, as is the zipper. Looks like new. I use it in lakes - fresh water. I always rinse and dry well. Excellent value for money and quality!
