OK so I'm 56 years old, I'm 5'5" tall and weigh a lot more than when I was younger was. 178lbs. My bra size is 36g and my weight is evenly distributed. I ordered an XL which fits well but I wish it had a little more room. I feel like it fits like a large but i could snap it with one click the second one failed but that click was hard to click from the start i keep it the funny thing is i bought one of these with long sleeves and it was perfect i... don't think you can ever get the perfect size between brands when ordering online but this should still work, the one I ordered online was the same brand with long sleeves.
