I use three of these for photovoltaic street lighting so they run on average at least 10 hours a day. (less in summer, longer in winter). Do the math and you'll be somewhere in the 12,000 to 15,000 hour range; Works no less in a street lamp. Light quality is good, about "soft white". The lamp has a very utilitarian look, no points for style. But it emits most of the light in the horizontal plane, so it's a good reference lamp for outdoor use. So many other A19 shaped LED bulbs, depending on the diffuser, direct a lot of light upwards to make it horizontal. As a result, a typical outdoor light consumes a lot of light energy. I'll buy four more and replace them all at once.
