This is really more of a question than a bad review. Use this for my first Raspberry Pi Zero w project. The noobs booted up straight away and I decided to install Raspberry Pi instead of installing Kodi. It takes quite a while to install and the first update takes longer, but that's fine for a $10 machine (mine got it for free from Microcenter) that's about the size of a piece of gum. I'm starting to play around with the setup. I'm not new to Linux (Ubuntu mostly). I find the hardware diagnostics and there is only one test sd card in that menu. So I let it go. FAILED. Again a little later, after everything cooled down (I have a small heatsink, but no fan yet) - failed again. I've looked at the logs both times and they're almost identical (sorry I didn't remember to copy and paste them). The read/write total was 800, which was on the low end of the acceptable range. But the values for random read and write access were about half below the low end of the acceptable range. I think there were other failed metrics as well. So the question is: is this the norm for the course and reflecting the Pi's zero capabilities, or is the map non-standard? If it's a bad card, did I get a bad card, or is it a bad product for the job it was designed for? Of course I would greatly appreciate answers and will edit them if necessary.
