It breaks every time

I order this holster because I've had products in a case before and they worked fine. The clip holding the phone breaks after a few months. I had it replaced once and now they will not replace it again, they will only refund the money after I send the case back to them. They may think they want a happy customer, especially since "customer satisfaction is the ONLY way to measure success". I don't think I'll be spending more money on packaged foods.

Pros
