This transitional bag fits my little one very well. It took her a few days to get used to it, but once she did, it really helped her sleep a lot better. This didn't completely suppress the startle reflex, but it did help reduce the "heaviness". I also liked that it doesn't cover her face when she sleeps (unlike other transitional diapers) and she can easily turn over and prop herself up. Although it's only a transitional diaper, I wish they would make it in a larger size for those kids who like the convenience of a transitional diaper/pouch. The only thing I didn't like was that they shrunk in the wash, other than they were amazing!
