Nice lights but possible fire hazard.

I bought these lights and installed 11 out of the 12 that I ordered. I had forgotten to change the temperature on one of the lights. I went to change it and when I grabbed the junction box it was so hot that I could not hold it anymore.I would not feel comfortable leaving the lights for long periods of time.I removed all of them and bought some with a similar function from Home Depot that barely get warm.I would rather spend more money on lights to give me peace of mind.
