super easy setup (with Google Home mini at least) and I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked the first time. Nice brightness and color. Unfortunately, however, every week the Google Home seems to get disconnected (Google Home can't find the lightbulbs) and I have to factory reset the lightbulbs. It was annoying enough, but about the last week or so they stopped working and weren't recognized by Google Home at all (even after a factory reset). I've tried everything (reset Google Home device, etc.) but to no avail. I ended up downloading the C by GE app and was able to connect to it, but the functionality of the GE app is really limited (e.g. no voice control). So I'm basically stuck with lightbulbs that can no longer connect to Google Home for no apparent reason. I've researched tons on the internet and it seems like this is a known issue that a lot of people have had, but no obvious solution. I know my Google Home device is fine because I have several other smart bulbs and plugs that connect to it with no problem. Spring. I will no longer buy C by GE lamps.
