Review on Children's smart watch ELARI KidPhone 2, pink by Mateusz Czyta ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A normal product, but they wanted more for the money.

Functions of the phone on the hand performs well. Geolocation by LBS will show in which area of the city the child is located. GPS on the street can show which yard the child is in, but it can also seriously lie. If the child calls friends, then the tariff in the kit does not fit unambiguously. There are many comments to the application on the parent smartphone, the main of which is that notifications about messages from the child and the state of the watch do not attract attention.

Pros
  • It's a phone tied to a hand. This one is harder to lose. Very good speakerphone quality for such a wick. This is where the benefits end.
Cons
  • The battery lasts a little over a day. Can lie very strongly about the location of the clock. Once it happened that the watch was lying on the windowsill, and the application showed that the watch was at the airport more than 50 (!) Km from the watch itself. There were three such points, and all of them had an indication that they were obtained by GPS (not LBS). On the street, GPS provides more or less accurate data by which you can understand in which yard the child is. Geolocation by LBS introduces even more confusion, it would be better if it were possible to include it on request. The tariff that comes with the phone has only 30 minutes of outgoing calls per month. That is one outgoing call per day. When the prepaid minutes run out, the exchange of voice messages stops working, although this exchange is not charged.
