Nicely made but could be a lot better if it had elastic bands or elastic cords instead of the non-stretch bands he uses. I installed it on the back of a new Suburban between two bucket seats. The headrests snapped into place and the plastic tabs on the straps came loose as soon as I tried squeezing the S-hooks between the seatback and headrest. It's hard to tighten because you have to keep loosening it and adjusting the strap to make it tight enough. Now I can't fold a seat forward to access things behind the seat without detaching it. Easily detaches with an elastic band or bungee cord.
