I have two of these pillows, one in king size and one in queen size. I put one on top of the other, and I sleep on them that way. They are like a fluffy cloud of softness. They support my head and my neck just fine, and they are very comfortable. But I have to be honest.When I got the queen size pillow, it had very little stuffing in it, and it was almost flat. Then I got the king size pillow, and it had a lot more stuffing in it. But after I slept on the king size pillow a few days, it became almost flat too. So now I have them together, and they are perfect. I sleep on my side or my back. If you are a stomach sleeper, the pillows are not completely flat, if that is what you are looking for. But they are very soft.
