Poor sound quality good for in-ear headphones

I was looking for latex free headphones and found the Phillip brand on the latex free list. Unfortunately, the sound comes and goes to the right earbud, sometimes cracking and cracking both ears. I have to turn up the volume much higher than with my previous headphones. I didn't pay much, maybe that's a factor. I am afraid I cannot recommend this product.
