I was looking for latex free headphones and found the Phillip brand on the latex free list. Unfortunately, the sound comes and goes to the right earbud, sometimes cracking and cracking both ears. I have to turn up the volume much higher than with my previous headphones. I didn't pay much, maybe that's a factor. I am afraid I cannot recommend this product.

I really liked the sound of these headphones but then one side was missing. I figured it was my fault and assumed they were damaged at the gym or something. Then the same thing happened to my second pair. The problem seems to be in the product itself. Too bad. I loved them until the moment they stopped working.

Not what I thought I would order. I've always used these Philips headphones and they've always been the same, but this pair was different. The shape in the earbuds is oval rather than the usual round so they don't fit. The ear cups are also black instead of white as shown in the product photo, which doesn't bother me, but again there's something wrong with the fit.

These are one of my favorite headphones, the quality is fantastic and I've never broken a pair of headphones (although I've lost a few instead). They're so cheap, you can buy multiple pairs and not worry about the crappy sound quality of most other $10 headphones. Philips is my brand for good quality at a low price.

I am a teacher and PhD student currently working from home due to COVID-19. I only use these headphones when I'm sitting at my desk connected to my computer for up to a few hours a few days a week. After about 3.5 weeks of use, an earbud (left side with microphone and controls) crackles and noise appears. I didn't wind these headphones up or use them much. They literally sit on my desk most of the time. I am extremely disappointed.

I'm not happy with this at all. The cable was wrapped so tightly around the package that the point where the cable enters the plug that connects to the device is already compromised, affecting the sound quality (which isn't a good start). You know how, after about a year of heavy use, the wires in the rubber screen came loose, and when you move the cable, it shorts out, breaks, the volume decreases, etc. Just like that, right out of the box. For the price these headphones are fantastic. The sound quality is excellent and loud enough, and the earbuds come in three sizes to fit any ear. My ear canals are small and almost all in-ear headphones just fall out after running or adjusting my head. I put the smallest of earbuds on these earbuds and not only do they fit well, they stay in place when running, at the gym etc and are comfortable to wear for hours.
