This belt is amazing. IF it can stay on for more than 2 weeks! Sheesh I was in love with it and it was actually helping give me so much relief for my back, and then it just started popping off one day. The Velcro just lost all its strength. So ridiculously frustrating, because I want to keep using it but can't. I thought I read about a warranty somewhere when I purchased it, but I don't know how to contact the company for a new one.

The belt works great. The one thing I don’t like is the Velcro that holds it around you. It last a few weeks before it starts to slip. You have to clean debris out of it a lot. It’s definitely worth the money though if you have a lower back issue and you’d like to exercise.

Loved the option to have the hot or cold insert. I purchased the s/m size and it does move position if I sit. May not be suitable for use during sleep or when lying down.

After 2 weeks of continuous use, it has lost elasticity. I ended up with the Serola belt that my Chiro recommended. May not be suitable for use by individuals with certain health conditions or medical concerns.

Small/Medium fits a womens 31.5 inch waste with 43 inch hips. Fits snug could wear the bigger size. But the snug fit feels the best in the sense of support. Easy to use and cold-hot back easily removed to make cold or hot and to put back into the pocket provided on the belt. Works without the pack as well and offers great support. More comfortable to me when having to stand or walk. Only being 5'3 inches tall. The wrap still sits perfect on my lower back to offer the support I need.

The product loses its stickiness time stays attached quickly. I am constantly try to adjust the straps to stay put but they tend to pop open

I've enjoyed the quality for a few months. The secure fits has helped with my SI joint issues. Lately it seems the velcro closure isn't working as well. It's just pops off on occasion and can be frustrating!

So for the short term this belt is great. It relieved my lower back pain as soon as I put it on. I have belly weight that hangs from pregnancy and just being overweight. It's nice to wear when working out at the gym, though it does press fat around and make you feel and look bulky higher up your ribs. While the belt relieved my back pain, it was not worth the money. The Velcro lasted a week and a half at most. I had to have the company send me a new belt within the first week. After that one went bad, the company had to send me my money back. I am not satisfied with this purchase.

I have two Si joints that need to be fused. In the interim I am using this belt and it seems to hide some of the pain I am suffering with.

Very well made and easy to adjust with the velcro attachments. Really helpsto lock your SI in place when it is feeling bad.

I have a lot of lower back pain and get sciatica pains as well and needed something to help easy that tension. It gives you a nice squeeze and helps hold the places that tend to give you pain. It's not a miracle working belt, but I can tell that is helps alleviate some of the discomfort I do have. Pair this up with some lower back and leg stretches and it has helped my pain a tad.

It does help with back pain if your doing a physical job. My pain prior to the belt was a 8 and a half, and after it went down to a 4 to 5 pain level wearing the belt while working.The sticky velcro straps are really good, they don't wear out, even if you don't buy this belt make sure you buy a belt with the new velcro not the old school velcro. As far as the heating and cooling pad, its ok. The heat only last for about 30 mins, haven't used it cold yet. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this in hopes of alleviating chronic pain in my low back. It helps but I can’t wear it for more than a few hours of activity without feeling like it’s too much compression.
