Worked great for pain relief but velcro is poor quality and won't stick.

The velcro is a poor quality and stopped sticking. I tried many things to clean velcro of dust but it didn't help. The belt was useless after 2 weeks.

Very comfortable and supportive

I am a retired Physical therapist and I ordered this belt last fall when I injured my SI joint .This belt in conjunction with Physical therapy greatly helped decrease my pain.I still wear it when doing activities that require lifting etc

Helps to relieve back pain.

I like the support it gives and the frozen gel pack helped to relieve my back pain. However, I would have liked it if it came with an additional gel pack for convenience of always having a back-up.
