They're not as effective as rinsing with Listerine mouthwash, but who wants to lug around a bottle. They are very convenient to carry in your pocket. I wonder why they are called pocket? My only concern is that in humid environments (I live in a fairly dry climate) they will stick together and you'll end up using two or three at a time. While this is still effective, it is very irritating to the taste buds and wastes a lot of strips. I can't imagine using them in humid climates unless you use up a pack a few days before gluing them all together.
