Pay attention to the condition of your hair! I have used this product three times, the first two times it was chocolate but it was too red so the third time I added dark brown. I noticed a change in my hair straight away but didn't think it was related to this product as it was supposed to apply color to the hair without damaging the cuticle - wrong! Not only did my hair break and fall out, it looked like curly toasted straw. My hair used to be frizzy and bouncy, but all of that is gone. I had to cut it off and do multiple treatments for damage but they don't help much you just have to wait for it to grow back. The color also remained an undesirable red that does not wash off. I hope this helps others avoid this catastrophe.
