I like this titanium casein powder. I love that it blends easily, it's high in potassium but very low in sodium, and of course it has all the protein. Also, it's not very high in calories. There are many different sources of protein, from whey to peas, pumpkin seeds, hemp, casein and more. Different people are likely to like some sources more than others. I think this might be my first source of casein. It's a bit more expensive than a lot of other casein powders and I don't think it tastes any better than most other chocolate protein powders I've tried, but not worse, so I don't know if it's necessarily worth the price. Different companies will make their powders formulate differently, so this one might have a nutrient blend formula that you like more than other products, so it's worth spending a little more money to get.
