The directions on these face sheets suggest for best results to use cold. There is a small indicator on the back of the package that turns green when it has reached optimum temperature. It took approximately 15 minutes in the refrigerator for my packets small thermometer to turn green; it may actually take less time but I checked on it in 5 minute increments.The packages are easy to open and unfold the sheets. You apply by simply putting the mask on your face then press onto your skin; if you put them in the fridge first they are very cold going onto your face (which I am sure is the intended purpose). You are directed to pat them on your skin and let sit for a minimum of 10 minutes.These do not have a pleasant or soothing smell to them its an odd indescribable smell, it isn’t horrible but it isn’t great either. Once you remove the mask the instruction state to gently pat the remaining formula on and let dry. This leaves a very unappealing stickiness to your skin. My skin did feel more moisturized but I just wanted to wash it due to the film.In general this was not my favorite mask to use and I will probably not use this on any regular basis. I had no break outs or rashes from use.
