Uncomfortable and Poorly Designed
Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say this backpack is poorly designed, uncomfortable and doesn't provide adequate support for a laptop. The strap digs into the shoulder and the material isn't durable enough. The only pro is that it comes with several pockets. However, this doesn't make up for the overall discomfort and lack of support. It's a disappointing backpack for the price.
