When I started to assemble it, I noticed that the product came without a hardware kit. I called support and they told me it would take 2 weeks for the device to arrive. Instead, I went to the hardware store and bought what I needed. Came home and started assembling it but found the left arm was built incorrectly. It wasn't like they were supplying two identical guns. It was literally built backwards. At that point I threw everything back in the box and sent it back. Judging by what little I could gather, it was bound to break at some point. It was a very disappointing experience. Even if it were with all of its parts, I would not recommend this chair to anyone over 180 pounds. If I were heavier I would be afraid to sit in it. Almost nothing supports the bottom pillow. Felt wobbly sideways too. Don't waste your time with this product.
