I was hesitant to purchase these but VERY glad I did. I just started machine embroidery and this thread is expensive! I have 100 spools of plain yarn that are basically a tangle. My embroidery floss is too expensive to cut knots out of my mess. Spool of thread available for embroidery). It turns out I have to order about 200 pieces because they also fit on my regular thread spools. And then I don't have to carry scissors to get the right thread color out of my mess.
