Review on Kiera Grace PH44052 5 Contemporary Collection by Haydee Strickland

This frame is a worthy offer for the price. The wood paneling and glass front are much nicer than plastic and well finished. I particularly appreciated the rotating tabs that lock the back of the frame in place instead of the usual metal grommets that have to be bent to remove the back and then bent back again once the frame is filled. However, due to some shortcomings, I'm only giving it 4 stars. The edges of the glass are not ground and the sticker warns of cuts without removing the glass from the frame. (Do frames ever get so clean that the glass doesn't have to be removed to clean?) Also, the edges of the frame are too narrow for the small command strip, so I had to cut the strips in half to attach them. And I had to break the easel because it would reach the edge of the frame border and move the frame slightly away from the wall, causing the control strips to not stick. It has hooks for hanging but I didn't want to poke holes in the wall so a shorter easel that fits snugly against the back of the frame works better for my purpose. Unfortunately, as I have to break the easel, I won't be able to use the desk frame in the future. first look for another brand that offers them. I would recommend this frame if you don't mind.
