High quality - simplicity - durable wooden cover. The white powder-coated steel mast is screwed into a very heavy base. A handy Allen key is included to tighten the base screw on the stand. I assembled the stand to the base, slipped three plastic clips onto the stand, placed a rubber stopper on top and completed the tip in less than 10 minutes. A well-wrapped box comes in a very large box! Done, Revain! The three pendants rotate in either direction in 90 degree increments. They are made of heavy plastic. I love this tree for my laundry room. Modern Clean Design - Versatility for hanging wet items on hangers around the perimeter. Five stars
