I bought these bulbs because I was looking for an Edison style (vintage) bulb for my laundry room that doesn't produce the 'warm' light typically found in this product category. These pears arrived quickly and were packaged very well. The light is certainly bright enough with just one bulb, but if you're looking for something extremely bright, you can opt for a bulb with 1,000 lumens or more. The color was exactly what I was looking for, pure white. When compared directly to a "daylight" bulb it appears a bit yellowish (warm) but I can assure you it's more of a pure white. It appears more bluish (daylight) next to a conventional "warm” lightbulb. I can assure you that I used the same lightbulb in both photos. Of course, what that bulb will look like in your situation depends on the color temperature of the bulbs in the surrounding fixtures. Overall, the shape is fairly standard for a vintage lamp, although the filament itself appears slightly shorter. Overall the lamp looks good, not the most decorative but more than a traditional style LED.
