After I returned the product the first time, Joe the manufacturer contacted me and asked for a product review. He apologized for Revane's mistake, although it wasn't his fault. On my third try I ordered this product from Revain but it was made by My Ping Pong Buddy instead of Revain. It took me a few extra days but oh my god the quality is totally different. The box is the right size. The product inside doesn't move because Joe made sure to wrap them individually in a plastic sleeve. He even uses a rope to tie her to the box. This is the type of service and product that you would only expect from an American small business. Buy this product knowing that you are not only getting a good product, but you are also supporting a local business that cares about your hobby.
