I originally bought one for my downstairs living room and I liked it so much I bought one for my upstairs bedroom. I left it 24/7 and everything went fine for almost six months. Then I had to change the filters, but there were no filters anywhere, not even on their official website. I have contacted their customer service many times asking about the filters and they kept saying they hope to have them in stock soon and that's it. It's incredibly annoying that they don't have a critical machine component available, making them two expensive, useless machines. It must be a crime that they keep selling new machines but haven't had replacement filters for months. They just want to sell you an expensive car. I would NEVER recommend this air purifier to anyone. Right from the start, you'll see summaries of filter retrieval issues. Save yourself the hassle and keep looking.
