Review on 🌿 Lavender Comfort Back by Herbal Concepts by Erik Peterson

I have only bought these Herbal Concepts heating pads and have had several in the last 10+ years. If stored properly after each use, the fragrance will last for a few years. Heats up quickly and stays warm for about an hour. The scent is very pleasant and calming. The backpack's design helps keep it in place on the back and shoulders, and it can be folded and shaped to fit other areas. The material is velvety soft. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because large splinter like splinters of wood fly out of the pillow and stick all over me and get stuck in my clothes and blanket. I have never experienced this with any of my previous heating pads. I wrote to the company about it and they immediately refunded the money. I wanted to exchange it so I'll just order another one (of the same brand and style) hoping it was a single mistake. If yes, then I recommend this product with 5 stars!
