So far I can only talk about the installation. This is a PAIN and you MUST use your own teflon tape (not included or even mentioned in the instructions). You CANNOT install it without it. If not, don't even bother asking why the T-nozzle is leaking. You really need to understand what you are doing and make sure you are fully aligned when screwing something to the tank/toilet. It seems easy, but you have to focus on what you are doing. Also, if you're using teflon tape, make sure you wrap it in the same direction you tighten the tubing, otherwise you'll just be bending the tape and it won't do what it's supposed to do, which is to seal gaps. . To be honest if you are a professional plumber and do this day in and day out it will take around 10-15 minutes to install. If you never do plumbing or rarely do plumbing, you'll have to spend at least twice as much time fixing leaks. If you have wound Teflon tape incorrectly and/or threaded the cord incorrectly, be sure to first remove all of the old tape before reapplying new tape! It's not good to leave a damaged Teflon tape and stick a new one on it. There's a good chance it will leak again and disappoint you. Then you'll only end up blaming the parts for a failure (possible, but unlikely) if it's the installer's fault. Well once you finally got it working and there are no more leaks it seems to be working fine. If you don't rotate the rear disc (which is used to flush the front and/or rear) it will be flushed via the non-protruding nozzle. But I found that it only washes one nozzle, not both. I don't know if it's designed that way, but I suspect if you do a reset and it somehow hits both jets, there's no way it can extinguish one of them without physically splashing water on the other. Maybe he's wrong? I honestly do not know. One thing I really don't like is that it raises the toilet seat at least 1/2 inch and you MUST use the 3 spacers provided. If you have a plastic toilet seat that we make, since it is rented and of course cheap, it feels like you can break the toilet seat. I'm around 160 and I'm a bit worried about the durability of the plastic seat. Time will tell if it will hold up. If you have a solid wood seat then I'm sure you'll be fine as it most likely won't flex like flimsy plastic seats. The instructions don't say anything about usage but it is pretty. Simply peel the plastic backing from the double-sided tape on the gasket and stick where you think the toilet seat needs support. Check with the manufacturer if both nozzles should be cleaned when only water is on. be. I mean, what if you have explosive diarrhea and it goes through both nozzles? You just have to be content with 1 being clean and the other maybe shooting at your prey when she comes out to squirt? I will update this review once we use it. There are no leaks after everything is properly installed. Hoping it's as good as it should be.
