Very disappointed with the quality, breaking immediately. Extremely annoying that the warranty/support bounces back immediately. Now I'm trying to return the product via Amazon as defective. Purchase at your own risk. Update 07/14/2021: Support contacted. The letter was rejected due to a platform change from Trendy Climber to Belay Sports. I will review an updated product with reinforced stitching. I will update the review accordingly. Much more satisfied with the responsive correspondence from technical support.
