When I have to wear a patch for several days I always get such a bad reaction (blisters, bumps, scabs) to the adhesive. I recently had a few patches removed (lower leg and inside of elbow) and was told to close my stitches for 2 weeks. After 3 days I got severe skin irritation (especially on the inside of my elbow) so I knew I had to find an alternative. These popped up so I thought I'd give them a try. They hold up very well, the product says they are not intended for sport but I wore them for 2 hours doing landscaping in the heat then I ran 2 miles and they still lasted about 10 hours, until they started to peel off.
