I can't explain why they have tight and restrictive sleeves on a 3X shirt. Did you think tall men had skinny arms? If so, they would be wrong. There is a cuff on the arms that uncomfortably pinches the shoulder. And I'm not muscular enough to have huge arms. I have never experienced this problem with any other shirt before. The rest of the shirt is large if not too large. I will probably have to send it back as it is too big. 3X is my normal size, but I have found that there is no consistency in sizing, so I can fit some XL items, 2X other items, and sometimes I need 3X. Clothing shopping doesn't have to be like gambling in Vegas. You should know what you're getting with a given size, but clothing manufacturers seem to want to surprise you. I'm not amused by their mysterious sizing, which I can range anywhere from XL to 3X.
