Comfortable chair - my new review

I found the chair to be pretty easy to assemble, and comfortable to use for extended periods. I'm at my desk roughly 7 to 8 hours of the day and this chair had a few key features. The arms adjust back so they don't interfere with my keyboard tray or desk, I like the headrest (be aware that you can adjust it up/down and forward/back, so play with it a little to get it to your liking). The chair was a little stiff when leaning back in it and the lumbar support wasn't working that well for me, so I contacted support and they sent me the add on lumbar pillow. I tried it, but honestly it is too thick and there is no easy way to attach it to the chair in a way that doesn't move around constantly, so I removed it and use it without the lumbar support. When I adjusted the seat to allow me to sit properly in the chair with the lumbar pillow (you can adjust the seat to back spacing a bit), I found that after I removed the pillow and adjusted the tension of the recline it was much more comfortable. So, overall, I'd say it is 4 - 4.5 stars. Definitely a good value for an ergonomic chair. Don't bother with the lumbar support pillow request though, it's gathering dust in my closet. Keep the tools handy so you can do minor adjustments after you assemble it and get used to sitting in it. Those adjustments can make a big difference to the overall comfort for each individual's preferences.

Pros
  • Smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to move around
Cons
  • May not be suitable for users who require a low level of mobility
