The goods arrived damaged due to poor packaging. The metal piece from the wheel damaged the fabric so I sent it back. I'm considering a reorder but doubt the next one will be any different. One wonders if the fabric tears easily. The box was also significantly damaged in shipping, but this part of the product was not damaged as it was a metal frame. Frustrating as it seemed to be the best product for the price, although they increased the price right after I returned it so I had to pay more to try again :/ There were also large areas in the corners for a dog's foot to go through could go . which makes me a little nervous, but I'd probably just tie a sock or small towel in there just to be safe. On the plus side it didn't smell like chemicals as some have complained and my dog went straight in without worry even though it had never been in it.
